This is a unique section. I think sometimes, we get trapped inside of ourselves, holding onto a thought, a response we never said or a moment we keep replaying over and over again and we have nowhere to go where there is just enough safety to let us feel that and just enough exposure to give us the validation to move from it.
This will be a kind of ask and answer section for anyone who wants advice, or for anyone who just needs to say something confidently -- you may need to say something publicly, but I will guard your identity like I guard my safety.
