- The Truth on Tracy Klinkroth
This is my opinion, but I think Tracy Klinkroth is a selfish person. I cannot say she was always a bad friend, because I never felt it, though her actions make me believe she was never really a friend and treated me in the way that proves these things. Outside of that, I have no attack on her character, nor am I going to do that. I will reference only what I know from my personal experience and what she has shown me through her actions against me. I will start with these images. with my point of view. I will look at this page a year from now and will assess if my opinion changed and then will decide if I believe these to be fact or a man that was upset for being poorly treated. At the end of the day, it is just my opinion and expect everyone to use their own common sense and perspective to form their own opinion because the reality is that two things can always be true at the same time. For me, my truth is that Tracy Klinkroth tried to take advantage of me during a very stressful time in my life and did so without a care to what I was going through, because she was selfishly focused on her and her fears and that is indicative of the person she is. What makes my view of her worse is how she treated me, when I no longer made her a priority, because I clearly was not one for her. She not only turned on me overnight, she did so without asking for my side and then went out of her way for the next year spreading accusations that she either knows is not true or did not care to actually look into. Meaning, she does not even have the character to fact check with inpunity so that she is standing on principle, but instead she acted like a mob, instigating a mob, so that she felt less powerless, and more important. I do not know if she is a narcisist, because all are in some way. What I do know is that I do not think she is a good perosn, a person you can trust, a person that wll be there for you when you are truly in need and I do not think she is someone that big brands should work with who value human dignity and how people treat others Becuase how you treat someone you dislike, says everything about you. And the cold hard facts is that I still to this date have done nothing wrong to Tracy Klinkroth. I was in a freak accident with the RV she owned and nearly died and after dedicated my life to help the person that was in there with me. The worst thing I did was ignore her incessant texts to preserve our friendship. But I am happy to be wrong, because I do not want to think these things of Tracy. I truly did think of her as a friend and treated her as one. She can never say I disrespected her, ever. But I can. And here is my evidence. Text one, ten days after the accident, Tracy Klinkroth demanding I sign a hold harmless agreement she already had drafted with her attorney where I was to be responsabile for all of her legal fees, any new increases in insurance costs and other demands she felt I needed to be on the hook for. Now I never mind a conversation on what is fair, but ten days after an accident that nearly killed me and my dog? Where I was spending every waking day at the hospital caring for someone else. This text by the way didnt just sneak up. Each day after day three, Tracy become more upset that I totaled her RV, I even told her that i feel like she woudl have been happier if I died in the accident She didnt respond to that text, just reminded me that I wrecked her 25k RV, that my own father wouldnt help me and that I needed to sign this legal document now. These next images show Tracy publicly and privately attacking me, Her attacks started two months after the accident, and only after one conversation with my stalker, whom she says is a good man. I may not be the greatest example of a friend, but I certainly understand what makes someone a real friend and what does not. Now this current message i am uncertain what I want from it. All it shows is that when Tracy was afraid of being sued, she talked to her lawyer about moving her assets out of her name. Now this is illegal, yet it was a thought that not only went into her mind, she was willing to do it. I just find it interesting that out of this whole fiasco, for everything she has accused me she is willing to do things to protect herself. OH and how did I forget, Defamation is illegal. But she clealry does not care. Stalking and harrassment is illegal. Coordinated social media attacks is illegal, yet for the last year she not only talked about breaking the law, she breaks the law as she says I did. Irony is truely at its finest here. - I miss you. Oh, but I don't.
I dont miss many people and it is always an odd feeling when I hear that from someone I dont miss. Sometimes, I feel weid about it and other times I feel nothing. Specifacally, I have this acquaintence I met from New York. He is a good person, and I think he values me as a friend, but I do not think of him that way. It has nothing to do with him, but just the requirement I well, require for somone to be a friend nowadays, and well maybe ever. Which is odd since I used to love bomb evrryone when I was drunk in my 20s. But missing someone seems intimate to me. It signals a level of intimacy, not in the we are making out or having sex kind of way, but in the we shared something so powerful that I cannot ever forget you kind of way And that kind of intensity is not topical in my opinion. So its rare, that I miss anyone and in fact, I have not missed anyone in a long time --- wait, I miss my french grandmas, ok, but they fit the bill. They saved me when i needed it and their kindess will always sit with me and I will never forget them and every meal we shared. So I miss them with everything and that makes sense to me. But missing anyone else does not. Am I the only one on this or am I just being to stiff? its an interesting thought of who gets missed and who we miss. And I wonder if I have not put more thought into it and if that has anything to do with me not feeling as connected to peole. So who knows. Maybe I need to go back to love bombing strangers over 3 dirnks and it may trigger me to miss more people, before I miss them all Expect typos and such, I do not edit these personal ones and clearly I type horirbly == I am on a french computer if that gives me some defense.
- Did I Steal From the Passenger? The RV Accident Debit Card Timeline
A receipt-by-receipt account of every dollar spent on the passenger's card after the July 19, 2025 crash — and what happened when I told her. Aug 4, 2025 · Updated Aug 13, 2025 On July 20th and 21st of 2025, I used a debit card that did not belong to me, without the person's knowledge. The debit card belonged to the passenger in the RV with me. This is my accounting of what I spent the passenger's money on, why I did it, and any defense of the actions. For reference, July 20th was the morning after the accident, which occurred in the evening on July 19th, 2025. The Breakdown I paid for two hotel rooms, two shuttle rides, and a confirmed Walmart trip. In total, the charges were $771.97 USD. Without context, this is stealing, and I understand that. With context, here is why I spent that money, why I did it, and what I did when I saw the passenger on the 21st of July. [Screenshot: Debit card charges, July 20, 21 and 22nd, , 2025, posted by the passenger, publicly on TikTok ] July 20th — Second Unauthorized Purchase — Unique Shuttle. $150 A 100-mile one-way trip from Clovis, New Mexico to Lubbock, Texas. It was a Sunday. There was no bus, and they do not have Uber or Lyft. July 20th — Third Unauthorized Purchase — La Quinta Inn. $82.80 Checked into a hotel about a mile from the hospital where the passenger was flown to. I used my own card at checkout and did not realize they had billed the initial check-in to the passenger's card. July 20th — Fourth Unauthorized Purchase — Walmart. $20.57 I bought a charger and a cord. July 20th — Fifth Unauthorized Purchase — Walmart. $115.12 I bought dog bowls, dog food, dog snacks, poop bags, a dog toy, and a few days of food for myself. I want to say I may have bought a new t-shirt, some underwear, and a pair of shorts, since at the time I had no clothes. I do not recall the exact details of everything here, since I gave both receipts to the passenger. July 22nd — Sixth Unauthorized Purchase — Unique Shuttle. $200 Shuttle ride from Lubbock, Texas back to Clovis, New Mexico to collect my belongings from the accident. Context After the RV accident, I did not spend any time looking for anything of mine. In fact, before the passenger was flown out, I found her phone and gave it to her. I then found her wallet, her passport, her medication, and any spare clothes of hers I could find. When I left, I had my workout shoes, my iPad, and one of the first responders found my license — but I had no cards, no cell phone, no clothes with me, not even my dog at the time. After being released from the hospital, the Sheriff's department gave me a ride to a hotel they called. At four in the morning, when they dropped me off, I foolishly thought it was going to be free. I was surprised when the attendant told me to ring up my card. I had none — just me, my dog, and my iPad. But I had the passenger's wallet, and after a delayed response, I reached in and paid for the hotel room. Needing to get to Lubbock, Texas, I was told the only option was a shuttle — regular people using their own cars and charging for rides. There were three numbers the front attendant gave me. I picked the cheapest one, Unique Shuttle, and called from the hotel. The next morning the shuttle arrived, picked me up, and took me to Lubbock, over 100 miles away. He was not going to give me a free ride, so I used the passenger's card again. There were around $50 in long distance charges on my hotel bill. I did not know people still got charged for long distance calls. But the calls were to every hospital within a three-hour drive, trying to find the passenger, to the shuttle services, and to hotels near the hospital where she ended up. A few calls were to a friend who was helping me try to find her as well. Once I knew where she was, I chose the closest and cheapest hotel to the hospital and had the shuttle driver drop me off there. When checking in, I explained my situation and they let me check in. I swiped her card to hold the room and thought the final bill would just go on my card. If you look at the receipt from La Quinta, you'll see a total of $910 — all but $82.80 was put on my own card. This stay was for eleven days. Lodging was not cheap for me to stay nearby, so I later switched to a hotel that was a 45-minute bike ride away, and her card was not used for that. The Walmart Trip Now I had no food, and my iPad was running out of battery. That is when I walked to Walmart to purchase the items listed above. I do not recall the exact distance, but it was over three to five miles in the blistering Texas heat. I bring this up because I could have used her card to call a local taxi or the shuttle, but I chose to walk, spending only on what I needed. Telling the Passenger On the 21st, I went to the hospital to see the passenger. She was heavily medicated, and they did not allow me to stay long, saying I could return the next day. I had brought her items with me, but felt it was not the best time to tell her I had used her card. Later that day I was told I could go to the RV to collect some of my belongings, and I hoped I would find my phone and my cards, or I would have to figure out other options. Both were a huge priority, so I paid for another shuttle ride with Unique Shuttle from Lubbock back to Clovis. On the 22nd of July, I saw the RV accident site in daylight. The man operating the junkyard was also the man who had towed it in. Buried in the floor of the cabin near the passenger side was my phone, and over the course of the next five hours I found my American Express and one of my debit cards — no other cards, but these were enough. I also found my passport, a few legal documents, and collected what I could of my things. Most everything was doused in gasoline, ruined by other fluids, or just damaged. Why This Is Public Now This is important for me to make public because of three people: the owner of the RV, Tracy Klinkroth and Gary Buckley Woolever. They have told people that while the passenger was in the hospital, I used her card without permission and went on a shopping spree, renting cars and hotel rooms. Now, the passenger originally coordinated with Tracy Klinkroth and Gary Buckley Woolever to make these accusations months after the accident, but Tracy Klinkroth reignited these accusations, so, everything will be addressed in defense against Tracy Klinkroth. This is true. While she was in the hospital right after the accident, I used her card as described above, and on the 22nd of July, when I went back to the hospital, I told her all of this as I gave her back her wallet, her passport, and everything I had collected for her the night of the accident. I even handed her the two initial Walmart receipts for her records. She told me it was fine and said she was just happy I was safe, and thanked me for saving her and being there. To hear later that she claims she never knew any of this is not the truth, and I will do my best to prove it, so that my name is cleared. Not to attack her — I would rather not be in her life in any capacity, and I genuinely think she has been through a lot, regardless of how she has treated me since. But the statements were made publicly, privately, and social attacks were coordinated by these three people, so I need the record public for my own protection. My Defense Do I have a defense for using the passenger's card without asking permission? I believe so, but if not. I have always been wiling to be judged off of the honest, and full facts. Not, a partial truth like what is being told. I know what I did was inherently wrong, using a debit card without someones immediate permission. But my intent was not for the wrong reasons and I did not do it for me. I did it for someone I thought was a friend and needed me to get to her as auickly as possible. And with an Ipad I could not call out on, my dog in tow and the help of one person making calls with me, we found her. And even though I had just had a head on collision with a semi hours earlier, I got into a car and got myself there, secured a place for my dog and walked into the hospital to support her for the next 30 days. Not hiding ever, that I used her card and stand by the fact she told me it was ok and I believed her. The French Police Report One other thing to note: I took this same information to the French authorities. I will speak more on this separately, but I walked into a French police station with their accusations and every receipt, and told them I would face charges in France if needed. I went in for two reasons — one was to address these accusations head-on. After reviewing everything, going over my statement, the images, and the screenshots from the passenger and Tracy Klinkroth accusing me of theft, they not only did not charge me — they advised me to hire an attorney to press criminal charges against the passenger, and I did, which I will address later. I will include a copy of the French police report — a single page — as proof I went in, and will release the full presentation I created for the police once I finish redacting the passenger's name. It gives an accurate timeline with images as proof of my side. Why Now I will keep private what does not need to be revealed, but I will release what's needed so the evidence is out, because a month after landing in France, after fleeing the situation I was in, these people, Tracy Klinkroth, Gary Buckley and even the passenger coordinated a public campaign centered around accusations of theft, telling people publicly that I stole from her and took advantage her. Yet, I sat silent, suffering in their attacks as people sent me death threats, and yes they were verified by the law firm I had to turn to for help during this time. Instead of reacting, I let them publicly lie about me and for the next year I said nothing. But that changed, the second Tracy Klinkroth, started messaging my TikTok followers reinstating her lies as facts. I will defend myself now not as an attack on the passenger, but against Tracy Klinkroth and my stalker, Gary Buckley Woolever, so every accusation they stated as fact will met with my receipts and POV, as well as screenshots of what these people said and did publicly to me last year. Frequently Asked Questions Did Andrew use the passenger's debit card without permission? Yes — for $771.97 in hotel, shuttle, and Walmart charges on July 20–22, 2025, while he had no cards, phone, or belongings of his own after the crash. Did the passenger know about the charges? Yes. Andrew says he told her in person on July 22, 2025, gave her the original receipts, and she said it was fine. Evidence is provided that she gave him her card after the 22nd of July to purchase items online, which require her to access her mobile app, so any charges he mentioned would have been to her knowledge prior to later accusations. Was Andrew charged with a crime in France? No. He reported the situation to French police himself; they declined to bring charges and instead advised he pursue his own legal action against the passenger. Why is this information being published now? Andrew states it's a direct response to ongoing public claims by Tracy Klinkroth and Gary Buckley Woolever that he stole from the passenger. July 20th and 21st of 2025, I used this debit card that did not belong to me without the persons knowledge. The debit card belonged to the passenger in the RV with me. This is my accounting of what I spent the passengers money on, why I did it and any defense of the actions. For refernce. July 20th was the following morning after the accident which occurred in the evening on July 19th 2025. Who is Tracy Klinkroth? Tracy Klinkroth is an event producer from Seattle, a marketing professional and as Andrew states was a friend of 15 years from their time in Seattle. She owned the RV he was renting and states that after her demands to force him to sign a legal document paying for her losses and legal fees, and what he says were texts blaming him for totaling her RV, he stopped talking to her and that is when she started messaging his former business partner, Gary Buckley Woolever. [Screenshots: Itemized receipts, with digital image of the passengers card, sent to Andrew to purchase items after the 22nd of July, all numbers but the zero have been blacked out to validate purchases on the receipts that were on the Passengers card, Any and all purchases were on Andrews card to show a pattern that once Andrew had his card, he used them, any other purchases after the 22nd were with the full knowledg and permission of the Passenger and will be addressed in further articles
- Who is to blame for the RV accident
For two weeks, I believed I was at fault for the accident. It wrecked me inside. Here are the events as they occurred, and the answer to who is to blame for the RV accident. The Deputy's Initial Assessment At 4 a.m., hours after the accident, the deputy came to the hospital I was at to bring me my dog, whom they had found, and to get my statement. He told me the accident looked to be my fault and said I had crossed the center line. He asked for my statement, and I told him honestly and truthfully everything I remembered. What I Remember It was nighttime. I was driving. I had not been drinking. I did not take any drugs. I was not on my phone, and my navigation on my iPad was in dark mode. The radio was on quietly, because about 45 minutes before that, the passenger had gone to the back to lie down — something that was her choice. My dog came up to the front in her place. At some point, my dog shifted in the seat next to me. I looked down to pet her, and as I did, I felt the RV pull to the left. Looking up, I saw a semi truck (I originally told the deputy it was black, but I later recalled it being red). I pulled the steering wheel to the right — we hit, flipped, and went airborne. I grabbed my dog and held her until we stopped. She ran out once we came to rest, and I was trapped for a moment until I broke free. I found the passenger, freed her, and tended to her until first responders arrived. I know the standard legal advice is to say you don't remember, and I could have, in the moment the deputy asked me to share my side. I truly believe he was surprised to see me answer honestly. I don't believe in protecting my own interests over the interests of others in something like this. People were hurt, and they deserve answers, not a runaround built on fear of admitting anything. The Dash Cam Footage At first, that was the extent of the known facts. But the deputy noticed a dash cam on the semi. When he requested the footage from the trucking company, they told him none existed. He didn't accept that, investigated further, and obtained the footage. From the deputy's notes: the dash cam activates every time the driver crosses the center line. In the minutes before the accident, the semi driver had been weaving across the center line and into my lane repeatedly — so much so that the deputy noted he did this "numerous" times prior to the accident. Two additional details matter here. First, the deputy did not receive footage from the exact moment of impact. Second, when the insurance company reviewed the video, they identified what appeared to be the reflection of the semi driver's phone in his hand, screen on. Why Fault Isn't Simple I mention this because when you read the police report, the question of fault is not simple. My view is that this was an accident — unintentional — and everyone survived. The semi driver was badly hurt. He may have lost an eye or vision in one eye, broke his arm and his leg, and may not be able to work as a driver again. Reading the police report, I see the elements of what looks like a perfect storm: a semi driver who was distracted and not staying in his lane, and me, distracted at the moment of impact. I don't believe I crossed the center line, and I stand by that. But I also know the RV pulled to the left, and that could have been me crossing the center line. I know I looked down at my dog, and I will not hide that from myself or anyone. It was barely a second — something I've done countless times without incident — but this time, that's all it took. Accepting My Share For my involvement in this accident, I am willing to take the Sheriff's Office at face value. I am willing to accept my share of responsibility. What matters more to me is that I am not willing to add to what the semi driver has already had to accept. It may be because I walked away without a physical injury, but I believe it's more that this is just who I am. And even though I had no physical injuries, I had emotional ones, which I'll address separately — ones I didn't fully believe were real until I went through this myself. My answer on fault is this: each of us shares something in it. I believe the Sheriff's Department conducted a fair investigation, and I won't carry shame over this, nor will I add to anyone else's. In fairness, I completed a Claude RE:port on the police report itself, which will be published separately. The police report is available in the evidence locker, along with the fourth page outlining the details of the investigation, below. Frequently Asked Questions Was Andrew found at fault for the RV accident? The deputy initially told him the accident looked to be his fault for crossing the center line, but Andrew disputes fully crossing it and points to dash cam evidence showing the other driver's repeated lane departures. What did the dash cam footage show? According to the deputy's notes, the semi driver had crossed the center line into Andrew's lane multiple times in the minutes before the crash, and the insurance company identified what appeared to be a phone reflection in the driver's hand. Was the semi driver injured? Yes — Andrew states the driver was badly hurt, possibly losing an eye or vision in one eye, and broke his arm and leg. Does Andrew accept any responsibility for the accident? Yes. He states he accepts his share of responsibility — including looking down at his dog moments before impact — while maintaining he does not believe he fully crossed the center line. - Am I Wanted by French Authorities? Setting the Record Straight
The Claim As of August 3rd, 2026, Tracy Klinkroth privately messaged numerous followers of mine on TikTok — finding them by seeing who commented and going to their pages. In her messages, she told them several things, including stating as fact that I am wanted by French authorities. It is true that the passenger had also made these claims on TikTok and in private messages, but I believe recently the person spreading this is Tracy Klinkroth, as the screenshot below will show. I find this accusation interesting, since I was in a French police station after the original complaint was filed, giving my statement. In doing so, they took my cell number, my email address, my home address, a copy of my passport ID, and even the contact information of other people who helped me. When they needed anything, they reached out — and did so several times — to get follow-up information, from the time the passenger called the police on me to the time I filed my own report and came in with 42 pages of evidence to support my side of the story. Not only did I walk out of the French police station, I walked out without any concerns — especially after the follow-up calls they made. If I was wanted, why have they not told me? If I was wanted, why have they not told my contacts? If I was wanted, why have they not told the law firm? There are so many ways for them to reach out to me, and when they did, I talked to them. So I stand by my comment that I find this very interesting. Where the Claim Comes From I do know that the passenger at one time (possibly still) told people that criminal charges were filed against me, so this particular statement did originate with Tracy Klinkroth. But the claim of a criminal filing is a little out of context. I learned something about French law — it is different from American law. Here it is, for reference: In France, individuals file a complaint (plainte) with the police or send it to the public prosecutor (procureur de la République), who alone decides whether to investigate or drop the case. Anyone can file a criminal complaint — anyone — but that does not make it a criminal matter. Depending on which route is taken, it's actually a signal of how strong the evidence is. In my case, I had so much evidence that the law firm I hired was prepared to bypass the prosecutor and go directly to a judge for a decision. I was told this process is much faster and signals the potential strength of a case. The only reason I did not follow through was that I could not afford the remaining legal fees. But the law firm I hired sent a notice to the passenger and her family, and they were ready to take this all the way. I only wanted to be left alone — something that, to this day, still has not happened. As for the passenger's criminal filing, I agree it is legitimate — she or her family filed it, but that is not the same as going through a law firm, from what I understand. She kept threatening me with her attorney, but I believe that attorney does not specialize in criminal matters — the equivalent of having a tax attorney represent you in criminal court. I believe I'm right about this because it was the passenger who sent me the complaint they filed, not their attorney. How the French Complaint Process Works If you want to verify this yourself, here are the steps, along with a link to the French authorities' general site: Filing a Complaint: You report a crime by going to a police station or gendarmerie, filing online for specific property offenses, or mailing a letter to the public prosecutor. Police Role: The police record your statement and carry out an investigation under the authority of the public prosecutor or judicial police rules. Prosecutor's Decision: The police hand the file to the public prosecutor, who decides to drop the case, offer an alternative measure, or send the suspect to court. Going to a Judge: If the prosecutor drops the case or fails to act within three months, you can bypass them by filing a direct complaint with the formation of a civil party (plainte avec constitution de partie civile) directly before an investigating judge (juge d'instruction). If the French authorities or a prosecutor do reach out, I will cooperate, as I always have. If my status with the French government changes, I will update this article and any others. I am only addressing this part of the story because Tracy Klinkroth and Gary Buckley Woolever keep spreading claims that I am wanted by French authorities, among other things, so I will address each of them with everything I had been willing to keep private. Once I have finished redacting the files, I will include images of the letter from my law firm to the passenger, the letter the passenger sent to me — which I believe is what they claim proves I am wanted by authorities — and all 40-plus pages of what I submitted to my law firm and French authorities, so any accusations can be evaluated from both sides. About the Police Report The image of the police report is straightforward. There were parts of my own complaint they reviewed to decide whether to bring criminal charges; they said no, and that is what the letter states. That's fair, and I accept and respect their decision. They did suggest I get an attorney for the other matters, and I did — and we now know that law firm was ready to go all the way had I been able to afford them. I have only blacked out the passenger's name on the letter, as I am unsure about privacy laws around the rest. The fact remains: I would not have this letter had I not gone to the police as I described, and I will continue to provide receipts for everything I say to support my side. Below the police report is one of many screenshots from a TikTok follower, showing Tracy Klinkroth reaching out to state as fact that I am wanted by French authorities, criminally. The One-Year Default Rule In the event Tracy Klinkroth is not insinuating criminal wrongdoing, what she is failing to tell people is that under French law, when a complaint is opened and the authorities dismiss it, it remains open for one year by default. It is not open because they are investigating or believe I am guilty — it is open because that is protocol. Here is another link so you can verify this yourself. If I really wanted to throw eggs, I filed a criminal complaint against the passenger too. Do you see me running around telling people she has a criminal complaint still open with police, insinuating she is being investigated and wanted? No, I have not — because it's wrong, untrue, and there would be no point. Frequently Asked Questions Is Andrew currently wanted by French authorities? Andrew states no — he voluntarily gave a statement, provided 42 pages of evidence, and walked out of the police station without charges, with follow-up contact from police since. Why does a dismissed complaint in France stay open for a year? Andrew states this is standard French legal protocol for dismissed complaints, not a sign of ongoing investigation or guilt. Did the passenger's attorney file a criminal case against Andrew? Andrew states the passenger and her family filed a personal complaint, which he distinguishes from formal criminal representation by a specialized attorney. Did Andrew take legal action against the passenger? Yes — he states he filed his own criminal complaint against the passenger in France, through a law firm he hired. And the only reason his case did not proceed forward is because he did not have the legal fees required to proceed.
- Tracy Klinkroth's Fraud and Theft Accusations — For the Record
The Messages On August 3rd, Tracy Klinkroth — an event producer, self-described market expert, and women's empowerment professional with a public platform built on that reputation — sent a series of messages to people connected to me, making direct accusations as statements of fact. This was not the first time. She performed these same acts publicly on TikTok starting in September of 2025 and has not stopped, publicly or privately, as of August 3rd, 2026 — as the set of messages to two of my followers on TikTok will show. I am defending myself because she has repeated accusations — including ones made previously by other institutions and people that have since been proven false — and has introduced new ones that must be addressed. My personal feelings and opinions on this matter can be found in the Off the Record section. Please see the following images, which we will use as reference going forward. These, and 293 other messages, screenshots, and emails sent from or linked to Tracy Klinkroth — all sharing a similar theme of stating as fact that I am a fraud, have stolen money, and am wanted by authorities — will be submitted to the evidence locker. She did this at great reputational and financial harm to me, which has now been documented. [Screenshots: Messages from Tracy Klinkroth to TikTok followers] I will not go through every accusation in this article, but here is where I will start. The Arrest Warrant Claim Accusation: I am wanted with an arrest warrant in America. I have addressed that I had a civil bench warrant, written by a debt collector representing my ex-business partner, who sued me in 2016. It has long been refuted that saying I have an arrest warrant, or am "wanted," is factually untrue. Even the Wall Street Journal, KOMO 4 News, and the NFL Players Association — who originally made these claims — have not corrected me, because what I am saying is true. You can read the same article she did here. The French Authorities Claim Accusation: I am wanted by French authorities. This has also been fully explained with evidence in another article I published, here. The Charity Theft Claim Accusation: I stole from charities. Though I have not written a formal article on it, I addressed it in this video here. Not only did I never steal from any charity, it was proven with evidence that KOMO 4 in Seattle, who originally aired this accusation, was in fact being untruthful. It was something we spoke about, and she had always believed me — until she decided not to. The RV Rental Claim Statement: Tracy lent me her RV. This is interesting, and my defense here may go more to her own character and honesty than anything else, but I am uncertain why she is trying to dodge the fact that she rented me — not loaned me — her RV. I have a full rental agreement, emails, and texts to prove that not only did she rent me the RV, I paid for everything she asked: deposits, rent, insurance, and every repair and maintenance cost, of which there were many. I will put proof of all of this in the evidence locker under Tracy Klinkroth messages. This part of the argument does tee up another conversation — in her texts she accuses me of taking advantage of the passenger over $6,500, which I will address in a separate article. For quick reference, the text below should prove that she did not loan me the RV, but rented it. In her text — which you can see is dated July 24th, technically only four days after the accident — she is reminding me to pay, which I did. That means I was current and following through on our rental agreement. Statement that Tracy lent me her RV. This is interesting and my defense may just go more to her own character and honesty then anything, but I am uncertain why she is trying to dodge the fact that she rented me, not loaned me her RV. I have a full rental agreement, emails and texts to prove that not only did she rent me the RV, I paid for everything she asked from deposits, rent, insurance and every and all repairs and maintenance, which there were a lot of. I will put proof of all of this in the evidence locker under Tracy Klinkroth messages. Now, this part of the argument does tee up another interesting conversation, where in her texts she accuses me of taking advantage of the passenger over $6,500, which I will address in a seperate artcile. But, for quick reference the text below should prove that she did not loan me the RV, but rented it. In her text which you can see the date of the next thread, dated July 24th, was technicall only 4 days after the accident, is proof of Tracy reminding me to pay, which I did. Which means I was current and was following through on our rental agreement. [Screenshot: Text messages with Tracy Klinkroth, dated July 24, 2025] Is This Defamation? To wrap up this list of accusations: I believe I have proven that her statements — telling people, as fact, that I am wanted in America, wanted in France, stole from charities, and that she loaned me the RV — are factually untrue. Or, as I will say it, a lie. And if what I am saying is true, was what Tracy did defamation? In case you are not familiar with defamation, here is the definition and legal standard for suing someone over it. According to Cornel Law, the definition of Defamation in the United States is a civil wrong (tort) in which a false statement presented as fact is communicated to a third party, causing damage to a person's or business's reputation. It splits into two main types: libel (written or published statements) and slander (spoken statements). I am not an attorney, though based on my last article, a handful have reached out. I am uncertain where I want to go with this, but I feel more of a need to put out the facts publicly than to do anything privately and quietly that would only result in a "settlement agreement." I think the fair statement here is that I have actually done nothing wrong to Tracy, and the worst thing I have ever done to her is be in an accident — on accident. I believe that is why I need to address her personally in the Off the Record section. Frequently Asked Questions What has Tracy Klinkroth accused Andrew of? Stating as fact that he has an active arrest warrant in America, is wanted by French authorities, stole from charities, and that she loaned him the RV rather than rented it to him. Is the arrest warrant claim true? No. Andrew states it was a civil bench warrant tied to a 2016 lawsuit from a former business partner — not a criminal arrest warrant. His civil bench warrant has been publicly posted, reveiwed and fact checked as not a criminal arrest warrant. Did Tracy loan or rent the RV to Andrew? Andrew states he has a signed rental agreement, plus texts and emails, showing he paid deposits, rent, insurance, and repair costs — meaning it was a paid rental, not a loan. Is Andrew pursuing legal action over these claims? He states he has not yet decided, but is prioritizing making the facts public rather than pursuing a private settlement. Is Tracy Klinkroth being investigated for Insurance Fraud? Andrew was asked to cooperate with the insurance company in their investigation into Tracy Klinkroth for insruance fraud. He refused and will issue no other statement on the matter. He believes the case was dropped without his cooperation
- Did I Take Advantage of the Passenger in the Hospital?
I will place her messages at the bottom for reference if you need them. Tracy Klinkroth — Seattle event producer, women's empowerment professional, and marketing specialist — has stated as fact that I took advantage of the woman I call the passenger while she was in the hospital. She went into detail about all the ways. I have already addressed the debit cards and her accusations about warrants and being wanted, and I will address the other things she has stated as fact. In this article, I want to show the reader how I supposedly "took advantage" of the passenger while she was in Lubbock, Texas, in July and August of 2025, while she was in the hospital. The First Message Let's start with this screenshot — a message from me to the passenger just four days after the accident. She was being kicked out of the hospital, because the insurance company at the time said they were done paying, and we had to figure out where to take her. The hospital had cleared her to fly home, and the insurance company wanted to do exactly that, but when I asked the passenger, she said she did not feel safe to fly. So I decided to figure out how she could stay, heal, and fly back once she got better. Every screenshot in this article will highlight this same effort. [Screenshot: Message from Andrew to the passenger, four days after the accident] Looking for Work to Stay Nearby Next is a screenshot of my sent emails looking for temporary work, along with one of the emails so you can read it for context. I sent close to 30 of these. Ten days after the accident, here I am looking for temporary work so I could stay and support the passenger. [Screenshot: One full job inquiry email, for context] [Screenshot: Sent folder showing job inquiry emails] Before I move on, I want to draw your attention to the timestamps — 4 in the morning, on different days. The reason is that I would leave the hospital every night around midnight, then bike 30 minutes back to my hotel. Because I had a dog I hadn't been with all day, I would spend the next three hours walking with her. Once she fell asleep, I got to work on things like this. Then around 7 or 8, I would either wake up or get ready to head back to the hospital. Reaching Out to a Church The image below is one I sent to a church. I was asking for help, advice, and even some items for the passenger, as well as asking if anyone in their congregation would be willing to come say hello to her. You'll also see that even though the hospital was threatening to discharge her again, I didn't give up — I made accommodations at the hotel I was staying in and was prepared to take care of her there. [Screenshot: Message sent to a local church requesting support] I fought against the hospital and her insurance company, and she ended up staying until she flew back to France — after she felt better and safe enough to fly, a month after she first arrived. Every week brought a new threat of discharge, and every week I found a way for her to stay. Just in case, I put everything in place so I could care for her and keep her there as long as possible. If this is what "taking advantage" of someone looks like — yes, I did it, and I would do it again for any human being. Frequently Asked Questions What does Tracy Klinkroth claim Andrew did to the passenger in the hospital? That he took advantage of her financially and personally while she was hospitalized in Lubbock, Texas in 2025. What does Andrew say he actually did during this period? He states he searched for temporary local work, arranged hotel accommodations, and pushed back against the hospital and insurance company to keep the passenger from being discharged before she felt safe to fly. How long did the passenger stay in Lubbock, Texas? According to Andrew, about a month, until she felt well enough and safe enough to fly back to France. Is this article part of a larger series? Yes — it's one of several "For the Record" articles addressing specific accusations made by Tracy Klinkroth and others. will place her messages at the botom for refernece if you need them. But Tracy Klinkroth, Seattle event producer, womens empowerment professional, and marketing specialist has said that as fact, I took advantage of the woman I call the passenger while she was in the hospital. In fact, she went in length about all of the ways. Now, I addressed the debit cards and her accusations of warrants and being wanted and will address the other things she stated as facfts, but in tihs article, I want to show the reader how I took advantage of the passenger when she was in Lubbock Texas in July and August of 2025 while she was in the hospital.

Hi Andrew Hi Follower I have written and rewritten this answer --- let me have another week and by middle of August, I will respond apopriately.
- Tim Christine of the NFL Players Association writes like a child
With a background in the Secret Service, Tim referred to me as a 'subject' then an alias, then a criminal ---never once giving me the proper introduction of me a a human ---- and it got me curious, does he refer to everyone as subjects? Or is this for show. Deciding to do an actual investigation, I reached out to the Secret Service and spoke to his boss and his coworkers. After having a lovely conversation about guarding Tess and how Frank Farmer transitioned into the bodyguard role, I was sent this message--- It was titled, Subject one, Subject two, Subject me, Subject Who? Intrigued, I opened this letter with a fury I needed to see what was inside, with a hurry And with a pop, crackle and a WHOP I read the first line and boy did it make me stop Tim, the flim, the whiim better known as timmy tim tim is a special kind of boy he is a special kind of nim you see in the land of pubjects where he is from every thing is a nubject every sound is a dubject and every person is a subject So dont be mad alarmed or concerned he is only being him, tim, the timmy tim tim not dim ----- hmmmmm. so it isn't an act. Tim is literally just a wakling stick up his ass --oh I can't wait to see what nursery rhyme comes from this. _______________________________ Now this is going to be interesting. I have a deep respect for anyone who served in any form of armed services to first responders. And I have no doubt that in many ways, possibly all ways, Tim is na honrable man --- or maybe he isn't. But those feelings have to be set aside, because this isn't about polietness or my feelings for those who served It is about this man and his actions and how they impacted me. He lied either that he did a real investigation, or about it all. I do not care which one he admits too. Just that the world sees one of those two as truths. You see. Tim, is the head of security for the NFL Players association and within that title and the name of his organization he reached out to every team and player I worked with and sent a three page letter making it sound like he did a thorough invesigation and those findings, from him, as someone from law enforcement who would know, found me to be a criminal, wanted by authorities and a fraud. -------- he didn't just accuse me of shit, he shut down my business full stop. And I owe him for that. And yes, I wish we could physically fight. I really do. I wonder if in his investigations he found out that at 14, three cars filled with teenagers cornered me. I did not run, I stood in there and fought and walked out. He can ask my mother about that and anyone I grew up with. The main kid who targeted me and brought all of his friends was twice my size, and I broke his fucking nose --- this realization that I could defend myself turned into something stupid, Id say mean, when I was in college, but it served me well, never losing ---even to an ex army ranger four years ago, and that motherfucker was tough as shit. BUT becuase we dont live in a world where scores can be settled with honesty, the only way for me to get over this anger, pain, embarrassment, and the internal prison that a part of me is trapped in is to fight my way out emotionally. I attempted suicide a third time shortly after Tim ruined my life. I tried to stay on my feet for as long as I could, but since no athlete would work with me, even thought no athlete had a problem with me for what they hired me to do, and actually loved me and my work, I had no work. And between this letter and the WSJ piece calling me a fugitive, I had no one who wanted to hire me. I still dont know how, but I barely hung on bouncing between motel 6 and motel 6 for the next year ---and when say bounced, i mean, every four days I had to go to a different one because that was the only way I could get the pricing I needed to have a roof over me and my dogs head in the Chicago suburbs. I had no car, so sometimes we had to walk 5 hours to the next motel 6 and even though I had to go to the local grocery store to steal crackers and ketchup packets to eat, I made sure my dog had food everyday ----- I managed, but every night in those motel 6s, parts of me kept dying, and every four days I died exponentially more. Until I just could not take it anymore ---- I got to the point where I had to move in with my friend and my bedroom was a moving mat on the floor of his kitchen in his studio apartment. ---- as ants crawled on us every night and as the walks for me to clear my head got longer and longer, I knew I couldn't do it any longer. My dog had a safe place with my friend and I could not see anything else to fight for ------------ and so I stopped fighting. Now I do not blame Tim or anyone for my suicide attempt, thats on me. But I can blame him for everything else, but with that, I am just blaming him for his lies and his part in taking away something that I built, against all fucking odds. I may not know Tim, but I know his type and his credibility is everything, but so should be his honor. If he chooses to not admit the truth, inspite of the facts behind the truth then that says everything I need it to. And if he does admit he lied, then you know what, we're good. I will have nothing more to say about him or this part of my story. tim christine NFL PLayers association
